Born and raised in the Warkworth area, Terrence lived here for the first 18 years of his life, before leaving the then smaller town of Warkworth in search of a new career in teaching.
Terrence studied and completed successfully, three years towards a Bachelor of Education in Auckland and in that time, learning many transferable skills such as self-management, negotiation and communication with people from all walks of life.

An opportunity arose for Terrence to become part of the Ray White sales team in Warkworth and he embraced the opportunity to work as a specialist in the unique and very beautiful Omaha area. A decision that has resulted in good sales success to date.
Terrence considers himself very friendly, approachable and enjoys meeting and interacting with people. Terrence also understands that purchasing and selling property can be a stressful process but with care, professionalism, aptitude and attitude, he feels he can alleviate many of the stresses involved, and make it a far more enjoyable experience.
